Meet Steve Larsen

My Path To This Point Has Been A Windy One

Steve Larsen is an author and financial educator developing practical tools to help people manage their money more efficiently. Through his 100-million-dollar wealth management firm, financial planning classes at Gonzaga University, and easily digestible online courses, Steve has helped thousands of people pursue what is most important to them.

Along the way, Steve received his Master of Accountancy degree from Gonzaga University, credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and has held numerous investment licenses. Nearly every day, he has distressing flashbacks from all of the book learning.

Steve’s goal is to silence the noise in the financial advice industry and provide normal people with practical solutions for their money and career. Through his forthcoming book The Year Off and previous title Financial Advice that Doesn’t Suck, he exposes the hidden agendas of a greedy financial industry while providing you with tools to make smart decisions for your family.

Since 2001 he has been providing online education for financial professionals and now creates educational content for a broader audience to help them master their money. During that time, Steve has been very active in the community serving on the board of numerous non-profits and even serving as a Reserve Police Officer for five years.

Steve lives in the Pacific Northwest with his family and is an avid regional traveler. You can typically find him cruising around the area in his RV or reading a book far away from direct sunlight.
